I just checked A6 to A7 as well. Not sure how the logic really works on it, but I didn't get a reading as well. Then I pressed in the hazard button. I got approximately 3.5 to 5.5 ohms out of it. Turned it off, it slowly climbed up to infinity.
Try that. If you get similar results, it may be the TIPM. Then again, it could still be that switch bank not passing the power to the rest of the switches. Since the Hazard switch is nearly hardwired, it would explain why I get resistance when pressed.
Does your hazards work at all?

No problem at all! I'm glad I was able to help out.
Hopefully they have one, if not, ask them if they can swap one from a truck on the lot that way you don't have to wait any longer than you have already.

Update: Took it to the dealer today and they said that its likely the switch panel (ordered from Milwake - will get that in 5 days), but the scan tool indicated the Instrument Cluster circuit, but they didn't think that made sense being as other switches on the console were working OK. If they swap out the switch panel and its still a NO GO, then they have to pull the Inst Cluster board and send it off (while the truck sits at the shop) takes 5 days for that as well.
Will let you know once they get the switch.

WOW! That makes sense that it is indicating the Instrument Cluster circuit, The LIN BUS is part of the Cabin Compartment Node (CCN) which I just realized was the instrument cluster. The upper and lower switch bank's LIN BUS wire runs to the cluster. Now that I know that, I had forgotten about a valuable source document I have regarding the CCN circuit. I looked in it and BAM, there is the troubleshooting procedures for everything part of the CCN - including the upper/lower switch bank. We checked everything required - EXCEPT the LIN BUS wire which if operating correctly should measure above 5 volts. Since everything else checked out okay, then the last thing to confirm to isolate a wiring problem would be pin 5 (LIN BUS) to ground. If that measures above 5 volts then the wiring is fine and the Upper Switch Bank requires replacement.
However, if it does not (measure above 5 volts), then it goes on to have you check the resistance on the LIN BUS circuit between the cluster C3 and upper switch bank connectors. If the resistance is below 10K Ohms then the Instrument Cluster is bad and needs to be replaced. Above 10K Ohms, means there is probably an open that needs repaired on the LIN BUS line between the cluster and upper switch bank.
With that being said, I am pretty confident it is the switch bank. While the document doesn't indicate troubleshooting procedures above measuring resistance/continuity and checking for voltage on the wires, checking for continuity as we have done on the switch bank leads me to believe it is the switch and not cluster.
Hopefully this all makes since to you and anyone else experiencing this. If not, ask away and I will clarify.

im having similar issues in my 2010 6.7 laramie mega. Except my heated/cooled seats & steering wheel dont work either. But im also experiencing none of my map lights, vanity lights, back seat light and cargo light dont work by manually trying to push them or by dimmer on headlight switch. Any ideas?

So no hazards don't work.
