my buddy just totaled his 03 cummins. he asked me basically the difference after 03 year by year the different emmisions...example egr in 06...or whatever. also exhaust differences. thanks in advance.

no kitty on 03 and early 04. Third injection event on newer trucks. different cam for in cylinder egr on newer trucks. Electronic wastegate on newer trucks.

Only the SO for 03-04' trucks have kitty's. The HO truck for 03-04' do not have a kitty. Different injectors, pistons, cam, valve sets, for 03-04' than for the 04.5-07' 5.9 trucks. No EGR until the 07.5 6.7 trucks. A good many differences to list.
