FOR SALE IS A BRAND NEW HOLSET HE351VE TURBO. BOUGHT IT FOR MY 07 2500 AND TOTALLED IT. HAS OIL LINES AND ACTUATOR. PICS COMING THIS EVENING. ASKING 800 OBO.
OK I am confused here so bear with me......Over on Cummins forum you say you did a job for a guy and you got this turbo as payment from him. He was the one that purchased it for his truck and then wrecked it before installing it, not you.....
Here you state YOU bought it for YOUR truck and wrecked it before install......which is it?
Sorry man but when it comes to buying stuff from a guy online like this it pays to do a little research to find out if the seller is honest or not.

Didn't feel like writing the whole story out. Fact of the matter it was bought for a truck and never installed. If I must explain the whole story I installed hardwood floors in a house for a contractor. He didn't have all the money to pay me after job was complete. Asked if there was anything I'd take as payment besides cash. He happened to have this turbo for his 2500 that never got installed. I took it with idea to put into one of my cars. If I decided not to put it in my car I'd sell it. Too big of a project and turbo for my car so I am selling it. Now see that's a lot of beating around the bush. But there is the while story. If you buy it you would see first hand what a fine turbo is up for grabs. Can't find a new one this cheap. New over $1200.

Is this the same one you have listed on the other forum for 600 ?
Just so many confusing facts makes a person wonder before they dare pull the trigger on something like this....Scammers come in here everyday trying to rip our members off, one of the things they have a tendency to do is advertise on multiple forums and have differing prices and stories about the product.
I am not saying I think you are a scammer, I am saying that your actions could be interpreted in that light and hurt your chances of selling it here.
That is what is so good about the truth, you don't have to remember what you say day to day in different places
