1998.5 Dodge dually 24v, 5 speed manual, gooseneck ball. 6 good tires on the ground, 2 spare tires, 1 of which has great tread. 3 pillar gauges, EGT, boost and fuel pressure. 198,000 miles. 3.55 gear ratio. This truck was built for reliability and it has it. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country.
The good:
Within the last 10,000 miles: brake job, 2 new tires, alternator, fuel injector pump-$1,600, fuel filters, fuel tank dropped and cleaned.
Cummins motor, runs well, has the following mod's - FASS/HTT manifold/MBRP 4" exhaust/Afe stage 1 intake with K&N air filter, RV 275 injectors.
The bad: the brake booster has a very slow fluid leak.
The ugly: the right side fender well is cracked up from a tire blowout. It's holding together well, I've driven over 1,000 miles since it happened, but it is ugly. The grille has a small crack but holds together fine, as does the dash. Drivers seat has a small tear.
I do have the beauty rings for the wheels, they're off because I just don't care for them.
I might consider a trade for a small truck, car or road bike (ct90?) that gets good mileage and is cheap. Mostly I need cash, so please don't offer an equal trade. $5,900.
