How to open a DTR Local Chapter 

Opening A Local DTR Chapter can be a fun and rewarding experience. The process is relatively painless, and we here at the National Chapter will do all we can to help your chapter become a success.

To get the ball rolling send an email to Lary Ellis at ncdtr@frontiernet.net. I will send you back a chapter packet with all the tools you will need to get started. The cost of starting a local chapter is only $5.00 dollars US a year.

In the packet is a Charter license agreement for you to fill out and a membership application. After reading the Rules and regulations, sign both forms and send them to To Lary Ellis President NCDTR #1 at 649 Houston Road, Bluefield WV. 24701-9779

Upon receipt of these papers I will make out an Official Charter license and return it to you in the mail. I will then make up an Official chapter logo and a business card for the chapter president.

We will then work with you to get the ball rolling so your chapter can be a big success!

How to join an existing DTR chapter

To join an existing DTR chapter, download the membership application and fill it out completely. Send it to Lary Ellis President National Chapter DTR #1 at 649 Houston Road, Bluefield, WV. 24701-9779. Please note the chapter you wish to join at the top of the form. Be certain to read and familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations before signing the application.

Your application will then be forwarded to the Local Chapter of your choice.
